Jim has worked extensively with executives at all levels in Irish companies during consulting assignments in Executive Search and career Transition. He brings wide experience across a range of different industries the consulting task. He has undertaken
extensive management development
in Ireland, the U.S. in Europe, and
in Japan.

He served on the National Executive of the
Irish Business and Employers Confederation
for ten years. He is a Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
He was also on the National Executive of the
CIPD, and served as Chairman of the Eastern
Chapter of the M.B.A. Association. He was also
the recipient of an award for Excellence in
Personnel Practice from the CIPD.

He holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from University
College Dublin, and in 1995 spent four months
in Japan on a Scholarship from the European
Commission, examining Management practice
in Japanese companies.
